Recioto di Soave Classico barricato Sigillo

VARIETY
Garganega.

VINEYARDS:
The grapes used to make this wine come from carefully selected bunches of well-spaced, ripe grapes from the best exposed vineyards in the Soave Classico area.

VINIFICATION:
The bunches are dried carefully in “fruttai”, special well-ventilated rooms ideal for drying this juicy variety.
In January, after pressing, the must is fermented in barrels where it remains for ten to twelve months before being bottled. It is left to mature in bottle for a further 12 months.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: bright golden yellow.
Aroma: fine and elegant with hints of apricot, vanilla and spices.
Taste: soft and rounded in the mouth, with appealing length.
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.

FOOD MATCHING:
Dessert wine, serve with dry desserts and pastries, dried fruit and nuts or pleasant conversation.

SERVE:
Serve in dessert wine glasses at a temperature of 12-13°C.
